“In our view, the best measure of success for ±«ÓãÖ±²¥â€™s approach to education is seeing our children gaining so much confidence and learning significantly faster. What we see at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ is an ecosystem where our kids can thrive.†– ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ parent
We learn through mistakes. At ±«ÓãÖ±²¥, trying and failing is encouraged amongst our students. Trying and failing is an important part of learning, it builds resilience and an appetite for life’s challenges.
Year after year, we see our students go from having no Thai, or no English language skills, to being functional in their additional language, with non-native English speakers reaching native speaker levels as shown on the MAP testing programme. Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) is an online testing platform used in Year 2 to Year 9 classes early in the school year and then again towards the end of the year to measure the progress made by students in Reading, Mathematics and Sciences.
±«ÓãÖ±²¥ uses research-based standards for English language development in international contexts. We have access to assessments such as (an interim or summative assessment) and Screener (for determining English language proficiency in new students). We have found that alignment between WIDA assessments and instructional resources supports a collaborative approach to integrating language and content learning. This approach includes co-planning, co-teaching, and co-assessing.
We openly welcome all enquiries from interested families throughout the year, so please feel free to contact us for more information, or to arrange a visit to ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ please apply for a school tour.
